Bringing a staircase like this to life takes a high level of precision and patience. Every tread, riser, post, and railing has to be treated as its own finish surface – there’s no room for overlap, lap marks, or inconsistencies. The stain work alone requires careful sanding, uniform absorption, and controlled application to keep the color rich and even across every piece of wood, especially with the amount of exposed grain and light hitting it from multiple angles.

On top of that, tying in the painted components with the stained wood and metal rails adds another layer of difficulty.
